A-09 Security status - Restrictions in Empire space.

Pilots with low security ratings do not receive Concord protection when they venture into Empire space, however it is a sliding scale - the higher the security rating a system has, the more strict Concord will be in that system, while a lower sec system will be more lenient.

Below -2.0: Valid target in 1.0 sec systems
Below -2.5: Valid target in 0.9 sec systems
Below -3.0: Valid target in 0.8 sec systems
Below -3.5: Valid target in 0.7 systems
Below -4.0: Valid target in 0.6 systems
Below -4.5: Valid target in 0.5 systems
Below -5.0: valid target in all Empire systems.
